We joined Essence about a month ago and it was the best decision we have made. The facility is modern, spacious and clean. My daughters love the classes, the professors are amazing at keeping the kids engaged.
I’d highly recommend Essence to anyone who is either interested in trying Jiujitsu for the first time or has been doing it for a while.

It is excellent for kids to learn and practice Brazilian jiu-jitsu, improve self-esteem and discipline while having fun. My daughter loves it, and I genuinely recommend it.

I had a great time there. For sure there is one of the most beautiful and clean academy that I’ve ever visited.
The professors are great and also the staff.
I hope to come by again soon.

Professor Jerry, Professor Tony, and Carol have been amazing! Our child recently started Jiu Jitsu and I just completed a trial class as well. The professors are great with children (which isn't always the easiest thing to do). I appreciate their patience and the environment they create in both the kids and adults classes. The classes are structured and fun, teachings are easily digestible, and I was so thrilled to be able to stitch multiple movements together by the end of class.
If you're new to BJJ (like we are) or if you're experienced and looking for a clean, beautiful studio to learn/practice BJJ, check out Essence. They have a great team. We're really, really happy with our experience so far!

Thank you Team Essence BJJ, you have created a warm welcome environment for my 8 year old son to come in a learn jiu jitsu and meet friends. We love coming in as the space is beautiful and the people are so kind. We highly recommend to everyone to come try it out.

My Daughter and I are so happy that this place just opened. Everyone from Gabriella at the front desk to Tony & Felipe the 5th degree black belt instructors have been so welcoming. This is a great community that encourages discipline & respect for one another while learning BJJ. If you are on the fence about coming by, I would not think twice and come check it out. Thank you Essence BJJ!
