No, you don’t need to buy a new gi before committing. We will provide one for you as a loan for the free trial class.

We ask that you come about 10-15 minutes early so that you can find parking, fill out our waiver for class if you haven’t done it online and meet the Professor/Coach. We will also give you a tour of our facilities and fit you for a loaner Gi if you need one. Be sure to bring some water and wear athletic clothes.

Absolutely not! Jiu Jitsu is a great way to loose weight and get fit, so you practice Jiu Jitsu to get in shape, not the other way around.

Yes, you can pay cash for both our classes and merchandise. We do ask that you have a card on file for monthly membership classes, but as long as you make the payment before your due date we will not charge your card.
